Terms of Service

1. Who this agreement is with

These terms are between you and Soulaimane Boukrab, Casablanca, Morocco, Morocco ("we", "us"). By using ResumeCraft you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

ResumeCraft takes a résumé you provide and a job posting you provide, and produces a tailored version of that résumé which you can edit and download. That is the whole product. It is not a job board, an application service, a career-advice service, or a guarantee of any outcome.

3. Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use. Accounts are for one person: they are not shared, resold, or transferred. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.

4. What you put in

You keep all rights to the résumé content and job postings you submit. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service on your behalf: to store that content, to send it to our AI provider to produce your tailored résumé, and to show it back to you. We do not use your résumé content to train models, and we do not publish it.

You agree not to submit:

• Someone else's personal data without their knowledge
• Content you do not have the right to use
• Anything unlawful, or anything intended to attack or overload the service

5. What you get out

The tailored résumé is yours. Use it, edit it, send it to whoever you like — there is no licence back to us and no attribution requirement.

You are responsible for checking it before you send it anywhere. It is generated by an AI model from your own material, and models make mistakes. See the AI disclosure, which forms part of these terms.

6. Payment

ResumeCraft is sold as one-time purchases: credit packs and time-boxed Search Passes. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Every account gets one free tailoring.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as Merchant of Record and is the seller of record on your statement. Paddle handles sales tax and VAT. Card details never reach our servers. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Credits and passes have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.

7. Fair use

The service is rate-limited per account. We may suspend an account that attempts to circumvent metering, automate access at scale, or resell output as a competing service.

8. What we do not promise

We do not promise that using ResumeCraft will get you an interview, a job, or a response of any kind. We do not promise that a tailored résumé will pass any particular applicant tracking system. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from your settings page. Deletion is immediate and removes your profile, job postings and tailored résumés. Unused credits are forfeited on deletion, so export or download anything you want to keep first.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. If we end your access for reasons other than a breach, we will refund unused credits.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product rather than only dated here. These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Questions: soulaimane.boukrab@gmail.com.
